We are currently partnering with a leading data center company that is looking for a competent Implementation Manager to help them in this time of growth.
Job Description
Assist Sales Team to formulate technical proposals for the customers during tender process with the most ideal solution for both customers and the company. Manage end to end delivery process and handover with customers on DC site.Supports such as on a piece of a larger project as assignedManages high-level project cost control and procurementSchedules implementation meetings with customers and cross-functional groupsCollaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve issues during project implementationSupport to liaison with customers to facilitate smooth service delivery and ensure provisioned services meet and exceed customers' expectationsServes as customers' point of contact for any escalation of issues during project implementation for small to medium scale projectEngages and works with Sales and Operations team to manage and engage third party vendors and suppliers for services and materials
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor degree in Electrical/Mechanical EngineeringData Center experience is a plus3-5 years experiences in project management is preferableHighly organised with outstanding attention to detail and a consistent dedication to resolving issuesFlexible and able to work through challenges related to unique and non-standard solutionsSelf-driven personal and able to work independently with minimal supervisionExperienced in using Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio or AutocadMust be able to travel, as necessary, to manage customer projects
